Permits for a Fire Show in Bavaria

What is legally required, which authorities are responsible and why you don't need to worry about any of it – Feuershow.bayern handles everything.

Important: Standard fire shows with fire artistry (no pyrotechnic devices) are permit-free in most cases. Official permits are primarily required when stage pyrotechnics are involved – which we offer as an optional add-on.

State-certified since 2009 Permits included Full permit service

In Germany the performance of professional stage pyrotechnics is clearly regulated. Only state-certified stage pyrotechnicians may legally provide this service.

§ 23 SprengG

The German Explosives Act (Sprengstoffgesetz) governs the qualification required to handle pyrotechnic articles. For stage pyrotechnics, a state certificate of competence is mandatory.
