Make your fire show the unforgettable highlight of the evening: when, where and how to integrate a fire show perfectly into your wedding night.

The Moment Everyone Will Talk About

After a wedding, guests remember three things: the couple, the food and – if there was one – the fire show. A well-choreographed fire performance isn't just entertainment; it's an emotional moment that everyone experiences together.

To make it work perfectly, you need planning. This page gives you the key advice – drawn directly from over 300 events.

7 Tips for Your Wedding Fire Show

Tip 1: Book Early – Especially for Peak Season May to September is peak wedding season. Popular dates fill up fast. Recommendation: enquire at least 6 months in advance, ideally earlier. After signing, we reliably hold your date.
Tip 2: Share the Venue Early The venue determines what's possible. Give us the address, outdoor area and any restrictions as early as you can. We assess suitability and arrange a site visit if needed.
Tip 3: Fix the Timing in the Programme The ideal slot is the transition from the dinner to the dancing – typically between 10 pm and 11 pm. It must be dark for fire effects to look their best. In summer: no earlier than 10 pm. Spring/Autumn: from around 8:30 pm is possible.
Tip 4: Your Music is Your Personal Touch Share your favourite songs with us – music that means something to you both. We choreograph the show around it. That's the secret to why every show feels different.
Tip 5: Permits Are Required – But Not Your Problem Official permits are mandatory for professional fire shows. Feuershow.bayern handles this entirely – from filing applications to coordinating with the fire brigade. Zero effort for you.
Tip 6: Plan the Burning Heart as Your Couple Moment Lighting the 2-metre heart together is a quiet, glowing instant – the most emotional moment of the show. Allow a brief pause in the programme here so guests and the photographer have time to take it in.
Tip 7: Discuss a Weather Backup Plan A show in light rain is no problem at all. In strong wind we adapt individual elements. Talk to us about a Plan B – so your evening is unforgettable whatever the weather.
